The Citrus & Coconut Salt Scrub contains Epsom salt, coconut oil and organic lemon essential oil. Epsom salts have been proven to pull toxins away from the body, improve blood circulation, relieve sore and tense muscles and exfoliate dead skin cells.  

Lemon essential oil is a detoxifying agent with energizing and invigorating properties and is also anti-inflammatory, helping to reduce skin redness.  

Lastly, coconut oil is an excellent moisturizer for dry, sensitive, inflamed, and irritated skin as it can lock in moisture without clogging pores.

Use in the shower as a scrub to exfoliate, promote faster skin cell turnover, boost circulation and achieve soft, healthy skin. 

Use in a warm bath and soak to reduce pain and tension in the muscles.

Directions: In shower: Apply a small portion of scrub to damp or wet skin and gently massage into the skin in circular motions. Rinse with warm water and moisturize afterwards to achieve the best results.  

In bath: Add 1 cup of salts to a warm bath and allow the Epsom salts to help reduce body aches, soreness and tension in the muscles while your skin soaks up the nourishing oils.
